RETURNS

How do I return a product?

Our goal is to provide the highest quality products and service to our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 60 days of purchase date. To return a product, simply fill out the form on our returns page or contact us at inspired@pharmanutrics.com. To help us assist you, please provide your name, order number, the name of the product, the reason you wish to return it, and whether the product has been opened. We will respond within one business day.  Please note that we are not able to refund the cost of shipping. 

This policy applies to the first purchase of each product per household. We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds or returns of any products that have been previously returned. 

 

What is your refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied with a PharmaNutrics product you purchased from our website, you may return it for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. This policy applies to the first purchase of each product per household with a max of 2 bottles per product. We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds or returns of any products that have been previously returned from past purchases. We’re sorry, we’re unable to refund shipping fees. The monetary value of any offer codes used to make a purchase will not be refunded. To initiate a return, visit our returns page. 

 

How long will it take to get my refund on my account?

Refunds will be initiated upon approval of your return request. Please allow 15 business days for our team to process your return. Don’t hesitate to contact us at inspired@pharmanutrics.com if you have any questions.

 

Can I return a product that I purchased and shipped internationally?

We are unable to support international shipments at this time.  

 

Can I return or exchange a PharmaNutrics product that is past its expiration date?

We’re sorry, we do not refund or exchange a product that is past its expiration date. 


How can I return a product if I don’t have an account?

To initiate a return, visit our returns page and fill out the requested information, including your email and order number, and we will contact you about your return. 

 

SHIPPING

Does PharmaNutrics ship internationally?

We are unable to support international shipments at this time.  

 

Are your packing materials recyclable?

With a reverence for nature and the bounties it brings, we are always working to decrease our environmental footprint and help our customers minimize theirs. Our shipping boxes are currently made from 10% recycled material and packed with 100% recycled tissue paper.   

 

Does PharmaNutrics ship to Post Office (PO) boxes?

Our preferred shipping carriers are not able to deliver to a P.O. box at this time. 

 

I never received an email with shipping confirmation or tracking information.

Let us help you track that down. You can’t find your shipping confirmation or tracking information in your email inbox? Have you checked your “spam” or “promotions” folders? If you still can’t find the information, send us an email with your name and order number at inspired@pharmanutrics.com. If you don’t have your order number, be sure to include the email used to place the order.

 

My product arrived broken or in poor shape/ What if my package is damaged?

It must have had a rough ride! If you would like a new shipment, just send us an email at inspired@pharmanutrics.com with your order number and a description or photo of the damaged product.

What is the best way to store PharmaNutrics supplements?

To maintain the best quality, we suggest you store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Be sure to keep the lid on tight to avoid moisture.

 

Can I take PharmaNutrics supplements with my medication?

We recommend checking with your healthcare provider before taking new supplements in combination with any medication.


Can I get all the vitamins and minerals I need through a healthy and well-balanced diet?

Supplements are not meant to replace a healthy, well-balanced diet. High-quality food should be your primary source of vitamins and nutrients. However, even with a healthy diet, you may find yourself deficient of certain nutrients. In these cases, supplements may help. 


Is PharmaNutrics regulated by the FDA?

PharmaNutrics follows the regulations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for manufacturing and labeling our supplements. All the facilities that are involved in the process of creating the PharmaNutrics supplements are FDA registered, and we can ensure the dietary supplements we import meet U.S. regulations through a Foreign Supplier Verification Program. Our supplements are formulated using scientific, evidence-based principles. They are manufactured using high-quality processes and they are tested by independent labs for identity and purity.  

 

Are PharmaNutrics products certified organic? 

Though many ingredients used in PharmaNutrics dietary supplements are organic, our products are not certified organic. 

 

Does PharmaNutrics test its products on animals? 

No, our products are not tested on animals. Because our products are “inspired by nature,” we do what we can to protect the Earth’s natural environment, including animals.

How do I update my account information?

Just log into your PharmaNutrics account and update your account information as needed. If you are a subscriber, please make sure to make any account updates at least 48 hours before your next shipment date to minimize the risk of shipping delays. 

 

How do I change my shipping/billing address?

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to your PharmaNutrics account. In the “login” box, click on the “Forgot your password?” link, enter your email address, and you will receive an email to reset your password.  

 

 

What methods of payment does PharmaNutrics accept?

PharmaNutrics accepts payments by major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

 

Where can I view my Amazon Pay transactions

You can see the status of your Amazon Pay transactions by signing into your account on the Amazon Pay website. 

 

REFER A FRIEND

How does your referral program work?

Spread the word and be rewarded! Our referral program is part of our rewards program. Click the “rewards” link in the lower left corner of our website. Scroll down and click on “refer your friend.” Copy your referral code and either use one of our links to tweet, email, or share your link with friends on Facebook or paste into your email or text app to share it. 

As long as your friend is a new customer, they will receive $5 off their first order (on minimum purchase of $50). Once their order has been placed, you will receive an email with a discount code for $5 off your next order – your reward for referring your friend. Keep the rewards coming – you can invite as many friends as you want! 

 

Where do I find my personal referral code?

To get a personal referral code, you must first create a PharmaNutrics account. Once you have an account and are logged in, click on “rewards” in the lower left corner of our website. Scroll down to “refer your friends” and you will see your referral code. 

 

Will I be notified when someone uses my referral code?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your friend checks out using your personal referral code.

 

Is the referral credit automatically applied?

No, you will receive an email with a code for a $5 credit toward your next purchase. Use this code during checkout. Referral codes will not be applied to subsequent automatically renewed orders and are void where prohibited.

 

PLANS, SAVINGS AND BENEFITS

How can I save money on my order? 

There are several ways to save money with PharmaNutrics! 

  • New customer: everyone receives 10% off the price of their first order when they sign up for our email list. 
  • Subscription: Purchase products via subscription for lower per-product prices
  • Rewards: When you create an account, you’re automatically signed up for rewards program, which gives you $10 credit for every 1,000 points you earn. The longer you save, the larger your discount.
  • Referrals: Receive a $5 discount code when you refer friends who make purchases 
  • Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $70, excluding gift cards 
  • Periodic discounts: Sign up for our mailing list and follow us on social media to be the first to know about other temporary promotions and discounts. Stay tuned! 

 

Do you have a rewards program/how can I join? 

Yes, we reward our customers for their loyalty! When you create an account, you will automatically be signed up for our rewards program. For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn 5 loyalty points. The longer you save, the larger your discount: 

  • 1,000 points = $10 discount
  • 1,500 points = $25 discount 
  • 2,000 points = $40 discount 

We hope you’ll understand that if you return a product, the rewards earned for that product will be deducted from your rewards account. Rewards can only be earned for products purchased, not for gift cards or shipping costs. 

 

OTHER QUESTIONS

Where is my receipt? 

Once your purchase is complete, we will send your receipt to the email address you provided. If you’ve created a PharmaNutrics account, you can also find your invoice in your account under “Order History.” 

 

How do I cancel an order?

Email us at inspired@pharmanutrics.com as soon as possible and we’ll cancel the order if we can. If it has already shipped, we’ll work with you on a return.  

 

What if I need to change my order after I have already placed it?

Email us at inspired@pharmanutrics.com as soon as possible and we’ll change the order if we can. If it has already shipped, we’ll work with you to place a new order or initiate a return.

Are PharmaNutrics products safe for kids?

Our supplements are dosed for adults; due to their age and size, children may require different doses. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before giving a child any new supplement. 

Where are PharmaNutrics products made?

Our products are made in Belgium and the U.S. with the highest quality and purity ingredients that have carefully selected by our global team of pharmacists and physicians. 

 

Does PharmaNutrics offer samples?

We’re sorry, we do not offer samples at this time. However, we are so confident in the quality and benefits of our supplements that we will offer you a refund or credit on any products that do not meet your satisfaction, per our Return Policy
